A. This is very common among palm trees and nothing to be
alarmed about. You can leave them be or if you don’t like the look of it then mulch
the surface of the soil 5 inches deep with a wood chip mulch. The palms will
benefit from that mulch. It’s an aesthetic issue and not a palm tree
